Rootstock Software Adds 2 to U.S. Sales Operation
Will Support U.S. Manufacturers and Distributors Who Need to Upgrade to Rootstock’s Cloud-based ERP System for Manufacturing and Distribution Control
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. – January 21, 2016 – Rootstock Software®, the leader in cloud manufacturing and supply chain applications, today announced that Mark Maguire and Will Furlong have joined Rootstock Software to support manufacturers and distributors who need to upgrade to Rootstock’s Cloud ERP created specifically for these two industries. By leveraging the Cloud, the salesforce.com ecosystem and a manufacturing-centric development team, Rootstock’s Salesforce Manufacturing ERP provides real-time management of manufacturing, distribution and supply chain operations from front to back, anytime and anywhere with a single system.

As a Rootstock regional vice president of sales, Maguire will be responsible for the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and South Central portions of the United States. With over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain and logistics coupled with a proven track record, Maguire is well qualified to help organizations upgrade to Rootstock’s Cloud ERP.
Prior to Rootstock, Mark was the director of oil and gas at a large global consulting firm. He has held numerous senior management positions with firms such as Newgistics, Kewill, Baan Supply Chain, i2 SE and Digital Equipment. Maguire graduated from New Mexico State University with a B.S. in Agriculture Production Economics and an MBA in Accounting.
As a Rootstock account executive, Furlong will cover the Midwest portion of the United States. With over eight years in successful enterprise software sales, Furlong looks forward helping customers achieve cost reductions in both IT staff and hardware infrastructure with Cloud ERP.
Most recently, Furlong was a strategic accounts manager with Fisher Unitech, the fifth largest VAR in the world of SolidWorks design solutions software. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a track record of consistent goal and quota achievement in high-tech sales. Career achievements achieved are, six-time President’s Club winner and two-time #1 SolidWorks license sales for the Midwest and #1 in total career sales at Fisher Unitech. He considers his greatest achievement and motivation to succeed to be his family, wife Alisha and 2-year old triplet boys Braden, Jace and Ethan. Furlong graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in General Studies with minors in Business Management, Anthropology and Psychology.
